I just love these trousers. They’re one of those excellent chain store buys (like so much of my wardrobe, but no shame in that), from Glassons.
I wore them with my Neon Hart metal-tipped collar shirt… which is sadly fraying a little at the seams. Shall have to see if Mother Duke can help with repairs!
I added my overly furry Quirky Circus jumper, Portmans leather jacket and Sportsgirl tassel earrings and boots. Ideal cold weather outfit with just a touch of bright.
It’s rainy and miserable here in Melbourne. And that doesn’t look set to change…
Despite the fact that I purchased a lovely new clear plastic and pink bubble umbrella that makes rainy days sah fun, some days, there just still something missing. That’s the kind of miserable day that you need wear VERY BRIGHTLY COLOURED TROUSERS. So here’s a homage to my current collection, to brighten your (and my) day. Hooray!
From top to bottom: Vintage from Shag, floral cords from Topshop, Fruit pants by Gorman, Floral pants from Glassons, Green cords by Lee from General Pants, Spotty trousers from Glassons
This has been true, if not since the beginning of time, then perhaps very close.
The other day I was lucky enough to be treated to a pair of lovely floral trousers! I wore them on Tuesday, despite the terrible cold and wind and rain…. I sneakily wore a pair of footless tights underneath to keep toasty warm.
Et Voila! C’est superb n’est-ce pas?
